Specific Experience:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations for governmental entities and related funds.
  • Review and assess internal controls in accordance with governmental accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform financial trend and variance analysis to support fiscal oversight and public accountability.
  • Analyze accounting and financial data for local government entities.
  • Collaborate with county and municipal treasurers on the reconciliation of property tax special assessments and related revenues.
  • Prepare Municipal Financial Reports in accordance with GASB standards and state reporting requirements.

  • Provide audit preparation support to municipalities, including pre-audit reconciliations, schedules, and responses to auditor requests to facilitate efficient and timely audits.
