Specific Experience:
- Manage macro level changes to third party billing agencies.
- Obtain, organize and submit information for audits.
- Manage relationships with constituents.
- Complete prior authorization approval and file submission daily.
- Ensure that Kenosha County CLTS Program is in alignment with state regulations.
- Provide quality assurance and analysis for the CLTS Program.
- Run and review claims reports out of SAS.
- Manage relations with provider agencies.
- Interpret and implement policy.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from UW Whitewater
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from UW Whitewater
